Rules infraction by caddie costs Lewis two shots

Any momentum Stacy Lewis gained from a 10-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole was later erased by a rules infraction. Lewis was penalized two strokes under Rule 13-4 after her caddie, Travis Wilson, tested the surface of a fairway bunker on the 16th hole with his feet.
