Tracker: Weekley ends five-year winless drought

Boo Weekley fired a final-round, 4-under 66 at the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial to capture his first PGA Tour title since the 2008 RBC Heritage, holding off Matt Kuchar by a single shot.

Weekley picks up his third career plaid jacket, already owning two from the RBC Heritage.

"I get to go back to the Masters, this is awesome!" said Weekley.

Matt Kuchar hits a very nice shot from the trees on No. 18, but leaves himself 25 feet to the right of the hole and hands Boo Weekley his third PGA Tour title.

Boo Weekley nearly holes a long birdie putt on No. 18 and settles for a par to finish at 14 under. Matt Kuchar will need to hole his second shot on 18 to force a playoff.

Boo Weekley has picked up three consecutive pars to stay at 14 under with only two holes to play. Matt Kuchar will need to do some work, as he is two back with three to play.

Zach Johnson is the clubhouse leader at 12 under after a two-putt par at No. 18. He'll need Boo Weekley to fall back a bit.

Boo Weekley settles for a par at the par-4 14th despite hitting his second shot to about 4 feet beyond the hole. He pushed the birdie putt wide right of the cup.

Zach Johnson buries another birdie putt, this one on No. 17 to move to 12 under. Moments earlier, Matt Kuchar makes a 55-foot birdie putt on No. 12 to also get to 12 under.

But both players trail by two after Boo Weekley nails a long birdie putt on No. 13 to get to 14 under.

Zach Johnson recovers from a three-putt bogey on No. 15 with a nice birdie at the par-3 16th to return to 11 under, two off the lead.

Meanwhile, Scott Stallings polishes off a 4-under 66 and moves into the clubhouse at 11 under.

Matt Kuchar can't take advantage of Colonial's final par-5, missing a 15-footer for birdie at No. 11 and settling for par to stay at 11 under, two back of Boo Weekley. Kuchar has nine pars, one bogey and a birdie today.

Jordan Spieth fires a 3-under 67 to finish at 10 under overall and will pick up yet another top 10 and an automatic berth into the FedEx St. Jude Classic next week.

After finding a greenside bunker, Boo Weekley fails to get up-and-down for birdie at the par-5 11th and remains at 13 under, two ahead of the field. Weekley missed a 10-footer for birdie.

Boo Weekley has taken the outright lead after Scott Stallings picks up a double bogey on No. 15, chunking a chip shot into a bunker and then taking two shots out of the bunker to fall back to 11 under, two back of Weekley.

Weekley picks up his third consecutive birdie, the latest on a 10-footer on No. 10 to move to 13 under.

Tim Clark opened his round with eight consecutive pars, but birdies at Nos. 9 and 10 have moved him to 11 under, two off the lead.

Boo Weekley adds a second consecutive birdie, this one at the par-4 9th, to get to 12 under after a 2-under 33 on the front that included two bogeys.

After finding the trees off the tee, Scott Stallings hits an incredible shot to about 10 feet under the hole at No. 14 and two-putts for a simple par to stay at 13 under.

After a beautiful 6-iron to about 4 feet at the par-3 8th hole, Boo Weekley joins Zach Johnson and Matt Kuchar at 11 under, but they are still two shots behind Scott Stallings.

After getting to 12 under early, Boo Weekley has bogeys at Nos. 5 and 7 to fall three shots back of Scott Stallings.

Scott Stallings picks up his seventh birdie of the day, knocking in an 18-incher at the par-5 11th to move back to 13 under, two clear of the field.

Scott Stallings suffers his first hiccup of the day, picking up bogey on No. 10 to fall back to 12 under, one ahead of four others.

Zach Johnson is one of those at T-2 after a birdie at No. 7.

The leaderboard is changing often, as Matt Kuchar is now two shots back of Scott Stallings, who picks up his third consecutive birdie at No. 9 to move to 13 under.

Kuchar had moved to 12 under, but bogeys No. 3.

Boo Weekley is only one back of Stallings after holing out from behind the third green to move to 2 under on his round.

Well, that share of the lead was short-lived, as Matt Kuchar buries a 10-footer on No. 2 to regain the lead. Great response to the lack of a birdie on No. 1.

And there were four -- tied for the lead.

Scott Stallings picks up his fourth birdie of the day -- this one on the 7th -- to join Matt Kuchar, Chris Stroud and Boo Weekley at 11 under. Stallings is furthest into his round. There are five players one shot back, including defending champion Zach Johnson.

Two players -- Boo Weekley and Graham DeLaet -- have joined overnight leader Matt Kuchar at 11 under as everyone is on the course at this point.

Kuchar fails to birdie the par-5 1st hole after sending his tee ball into the trees on the right. He does manage to save par with a two-putt.
