PGA Tour veteran Chris DiMarco will join elite company Saturday, and it won't be with other golfers.

DiMarco, a former standout at the University of Florida, will be the honorary "Celebrity Mr. Two Bits" when the Gators host the Arkansas Razorbacks in football at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, Fla. He is the third Florida alum to be chosen, after all-time rushing leader Errict Rhett and Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Danny Wuerffel.

This is the first year that Florida has had former alums perform the duty of "Mr. Two Bits," a pre-game cheering ritual originally brought to UF's spotlight by George Edmondson in 1949. Edmondson officially retired following the 2008 season, but this is the first year that a "Celebrity Mr. Two Bits" has been used.

DiMarco, 45, was a three-time All-American and the 1990 Southeastern Conference Player of the Year during his time at Florida.
