According to former President Bill Clinton’s Twitter account, he and two-time major champion Rory McIlroy played golf on Thursday in Ireland.

He tweeted: “Fantastic day in Ireland golfing with @McIlroyRory and getting to know the great work of the @roryfoundation.” McIlroy retweeted it, and then responded by saying, “Thanks for the lesson, Mr. President!”

McIlroy hasn’t played competitive golf since the Tour Championship in September.

Next week, he’ll play in the Korea Open at Woo Jeong Hills Country Club, which is on the outskirts of Seoul. Then he will make play at the WGC-HSBC Champions, Oct. 31-Nov. 3.

Before the WGC-HSBC Champions tournament, he and Tiger Woods will have a 1-on-1 match on Oct. 28 in China, along with a skills challenge with 14-year-old amateur Tianlang Guan (Click here to read more about that event).
