Webb Simpson followed an opening-round 64 with an 8-under 63 Friday to take a four-shot lead at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas.

Simpson leads a group of five players tied at 11 under, including first-round leader J.J. Henry and Jason Bohn, who shot 64 Friday.
