Texas fired a 1-over 289 on Saturday to trim Oklahoma's lead to three shots heading into the final round of the Big 12 Women's Championship at the University of Texas Golf Club.

The Longhorns' comeback came mostly at the hands of Natalie Karcher, who fired a 3-under 69 to take the individual lead as well. Karcher has a one-shot lead over Oklahoma's Chirapat Jao-Javanil for the individual lead.

There are only three players under par for the tournament, with Kansas' Yupaporn Kawinpakorn just two shots off the lead at 2 under.

Kansas is nine shots off the pace as a team, while Iowa State is 12 shots behind.
