It wasn't the 63 that she fired in the opening round, but So Yeon Ryu's second-round 6-under 66 was good enough to stretch Ryu's lead to five shots through 36 holes of the Canadian Pacific Women's Open.

Ryu went bogey-free for the second straight day, totaling 27 putts and missing just three greens. At 15 under, she holds a five-shot advantage over Anna Nordqvist, Danielle Kang and Na Yeon Choi.

Last week's runner-up, Brittany Lincicome, fired the round of the day, a 7-under 65, to move to 8 under. Inbee Park, who defeated Lincicome in a playoff at the Wegmans LPGA Championship, is 7 under.
