Winner's bag: Hunter Mahan at Barclays

Hunter Mahan started the final round of the Barclays a shot off the lead.

The PGA Tour playoffs have started, with Hunter Mahan winning the first event, The Barclays.

Is Mahan a legitimate contender to be a captain's pick for the United States Ryder Cup team? Absolutely. He has experience on his side, already having been named a captain's pick for two Ryder Cup teams and two Presidents Cup squads.
