Preseason rank: 26
Final 2013-14 Golfweek/Sagarin ranking: 33
2013-14 in review: Oregon looked strong through the majority of the season, and peaked, perhaps, in the early spring with a runner-up at the Westbrook Invitational and a victory at the Juli Inkster Spartan Invitational. Three of the next four tournaments were rough – Oregon failed to finish in the top half. The Ducks missed a national-championship berth despite playing the NCAA West Regional in Washington.
Notable departures: Raphaela Dyer
Key returners: Cassy Isagawa, Cathleen Santoso
Newcomers of note: Kelsey Ulep
Circled on fall calendar: Nanea Pac-12 Preview
Fall outlook: The Ducks have a true gem in senior Cassy Isagawa, who will be one of the nation’s top players again this season. Santoso and Caroline Inglis are reliable scorers as well. Oregon should focus on the Pac-12 Preview as a strong ending to the fall. Theirs is the toughest conference in the country again this year, and Oregon will have access to those teams all season. Head coach Ria Scott is a powerful motivator with a competitive streak. Keep an eye on Oregon.
