Cheyenne Woods tees off during the second round of the Australian Ladies Masters.

Cheyenne Woods' first professional victory Sunday at the Australian Ladies Masters not only moved her to the top of the Ladies European Tour's Order of Merit, it also sparked a big climb in the Rolex Rankings.

Woods, 23, improved 209 spots to 154th in the world, the highest ranking of her career. Naturally, she still has a ways to go to equal her uncle, Tiger Woods, the World No. 1 men's player.

With only one ranked event this past week, the top 16 remained the same as Inbee Park still holds the top spot at 9.93, 0.27 points ahead of second-place Suzann Pettersen.
