Sydney Leroux, a member of the U.S. Women's Soccer Team, tried the famous "Happy Gilmore" swing on Thursday, but failed miserably.

Don't expect an appearance from Sydney Leroux at any Pro-Ams any time soon.

The 23-year-old professional soccer player, known for her gold medal with the U.S. National Team at the London Olympics and Internet hijinks, posted this video on her Vine and Twitter accounts Thursday.

Leroux goes for the famous "Happy Gilmore" shot at a driving range, but can't make it to the ball before falling flat on the mat.
