The 2018 Curtis Cup will take place at Quaker Ridge Golf Club in Scarsdale, N.Y., the USGA announced Wednesday.

The U.S. team won this year's Curtis Cup 13-7 in St. Louis, keyed by a 4 & 3 win on the final day from Emma Talley.

The U.S. prevailed in the last USGA championship between teams at Quaker Ridge, defeating a Justin Rose-led GB & I team 18-6 in the 1997 Walker Cup.

“Quaker Ridge provided a stern and fair test for the 1997 Walker Cup competitors, and we are confident that it will do the same for these elite female amateurs in four years, when the Match is contested for the 40th time,” said Daniel B. Burton, USGA vice president and chairman of the Championship Committee.

The 2016 Curtis Cup is slated for Dun Laoghaire Golf Club, near Dublin, Ireland.
