The Pac-12 provided the power couple at the top of the Golfweek/Sagarin College Rankings.

Stanford junior Patrick Rodgers and UCLA freshman Alison Lee finished the 2013-14 season as Golfweek’s top-ranked male and female players, respectively, meriting Player of the Year honors.

Rodgers, of Avon, Ind., won six times this season, including five during the spring, to tie Tiger Woods’ 11-victory school record. After winning the Pac-12 and Eugene (Ore.) Regional titles, Rodgers tied for 15th in stroke play at the NCAA Championship and helped lead Stanford to the match-play semifinals, where the Cardinal fell to the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Rodgers compiled a school-record season scoring average of 69.41. He will make his professional debut at this week’s Travelers Championship.

In her inaugural college season, Lee won three times, including the Pac-12 title, and helped UCLA to four team victories. Lee, of Valencia, Calif., also delivered consistency. In 11 starts, she posted eight top-5s and was a combined 22 under par.
