Stanford duo signs clothing endorsement deals

Former Stanford players, Cameron Wilson (left, Izod) and Patrick Rodgers (Nike) have signed endorsement deals with clothing companies upon turning pro.

After successful seasons with the Stanford Cardinal, the standout duo of Patrick Rodgers and Cameron Wilson have turned professional and signed with different clothing companies.

Rodgers, the Haskins Award winner, signed with Nike on a multi-year agreement. He will wear Nike’s Tour Performance Apparel plus Nike Lunar Contraol and Nike TW’14 footwear.

“Nike has always been behind the most elite players in every sport,” Rodgers said. “To be joining the Nike stable is exciting because I know I am joining the best.”

Wilson, the 2014 NCAA individual champion, signed a multi-year agreement with Izod Golf. He will wear Izod Golf shirts along with Izod pants and belts.

“This is a big day for my career, as I transition from amateur to professional and having an iconic golf brand such as Izod in my corner from day one is a thrill,” said Wilson.
