It's been nearly a year since Alabama has lost a golf tournament. The Crimson Tide will be looking to extend its winning streak to 12, Sunday through Tuesday at the Querencia Cabo Collegiate at the Querencia Golf Club in Los Cabos, Mexico.

But Alabama is stepping into a field that features two past winners. Arkansas has won twice, and Mississippi is the reigning champ at the 4-year-old tournament.

The complete field includes Abilene Christian, Alabama (No. 1), Arkansas (No. 21), Baylor (No. 26), Chattanooga, Coastal Carolina, Houston (No. 13), Kentucky (No. 35), Lamar, LSU (No. 34), Mississippi, SMU (No. 32), Texas Arlington and Vanderbilt (No. 17).

The course will feature different yardages each day, but will play to a par-71.

“This event has the potential to be one of the best in college golf. It is an absolutely incredible venue, that we are so fortunate to get to play," SMU head coach Josh Gregory said in a release.

Alabama will feature much of the same in its lineup, including the No. 1 golfer in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings, Trey Mullinax. Corey Whitsett, Bobby Wyatt and Robby Shelton will join Mullinax, along with freshman Gavin Moynihan, who is making his second start of his collegiate career. The rookie competed last week at the Puerto Rico Classic as an individual.

Alabama is not the only team in the field that has won this spring. Arkansas took the competitive Gator Invitational in February, led by senior Sebastian Cappelen.
