Callaway Golf's Zing Polo uses Opti-Series technology

Callaway Golf's Zing polo uses Opti-Series technology.

Callaway apparel has incorporated its Opti-Series technology into its latest Zing polo for spring 2014.

The Zing uses three technology fabrics: Opti-Vent, Opti-Dry and Opti-Stretch.

With vents on the back panel, Opti-Vent allows the shirt to breath. Opti-Dry ues moisture-management technology to wick away perspiration, and Opti-Stretch comes from the 6 percent spandex in the shirt to provide comfort.

"The technology (Opti-Series) makes it golf-authentic," said Diana Cardenas, associate merchandiser for Callaway men's apparel.

This heather polo has translucent geometric printing for color blocking.

Five players – Patrick Reed, Pat Perez, Tommy Gainey, Matt Every and Andrew Svoboda – will start wearing the polo within the next two weeks, the company says.

The shirt will be available at callawayapparel.com and hits retail at the end of March. Sizes: S-XXL. Cost: $70.
