With the sun setting on the spring season for several teams, the Bryan National Collegiate brings 12 top-50 teams in the Golfweek/Sagarin Rankings to the same place.

The tournament will take place in Greensboro, N.C., Friday through Sunday at the par-72 Champion’s course at the Bryan Park Golf and Enrichment Center.

The field includes Clemson (No. 15), College of Charleston, Duke (No. 3), Florida (No. 20), Florida State (No. 36), Longwood, Louisville (No. 37), Michigan State, N.C. State (No. 27), North Carolina (No. 23), Northwestern (No. 18), Ohio State (No. 30), Penn State, South Carolina (No. 13), Tennessee, North Carolina-Wilmington, North Carolina-Greensboro, Virginia (No. 31) and Wake Forest (No. 21).

Virginia topped Arkansas for four strokes last year to win the tournament.

Here's a look at the Bryan National Collegiate By the Numbers:

• • •

12 – Duke's 10-stroke victory at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate earlier this month was a big statement. The Blue Devils topped 12 teams ranked in the top 50 of Golfweek's rankings for their second win of the year.

• • •

3 – Virginia placed three individuals in the top 10 en route to its four-stroke victory at the Bryan National Collegiate last year. Two of those players return – senior Elizabeth Brightwell and Briana Mao.

• • •

8 – Wake Forest, co-host of the tournament along with UNCG, has finished in the top five of the tournament eight times, including a third-place showing last year. The Demon Deacons has also won the event two times, with its latest triumph coming in 2011.
