One of golf's most eligible bachelors is off the market. Adam Scott, the 2013 Masters champion, married long-time girlfriend Marie Kojzar, according to New Zealand website Stuff.
Scott married April 17 in a ceremony in the Bahamas, with just a few friends and family on hand at his residence at Albany.
"It's official. I am a settled-down man and very happy," Scott told the Associated Press in his native Australia. "We just decided to get on with it. We've known each other long enough, (so) let's go and jump right in the deep end."
Kojzar, 32, a Swedish architect, dated Scott, 33, long-term in the early-to-mid-2000s before a split of a few years. They reunited before Scott claimed the Masters title in 2013.
Scott revealed post-victory that he was back together with Kojzar. Now the couple have taken the relationship to the highest level.
According to Scott, the bride wore a "non-traditional" dress, and he was dressed in a suit and bow tie.
"She doesn't need a traditional wedding dress to look so beautiful," he said, smiling. "We dressed up a little bit, but it was still in the backyard."
