Indian Hills Community College won its third NJCAA Division I Men’s Championship in four years May 16 at Spirit Hollow Golf Club in Burlington, Iowa.

Indian Hills (Ottumwa, Iowa) finished at 38-over 1,190, 16 shots over Wallace State Community College (Hanceville, Ala.).

Greg Stanek led Indian Hills with a fourth-place finish. Teammates Jackob Garstecki and George Trujillo tied for eighth.

Wallace State’s Cooper Brown and Midland Community College’s David Wicks tied at 5-over 293 in the individual race. Brown won on the first playoff hole for the school’s second consecutive individual medalist. Wallace State’s Aksel Olsen won the individual title last year.
