Logan Iverson has verbally committed to Colorado State for the fall of 2013. Iverson also made an unofficial visit to Boise State and received an offer from Weber State before committing.

Lauren Stephenson of Lexington, S.C., has given a verbal commitment to play college golf at Clemson.

Black (No. 10, 2014) commits to Oklahoma State

Connor Black of Humble, Texas, has given a verbal commitment to play for Oklahoma State in the fall of 2014.

Sogaard (No. 7, 2014) commits to Arkansas

Emil Sogaard of Ikast, Denmark, has given a verbal commitment to play for Arkansas in the fall of 2014.

Connor Flach (NR, 2013) commits to Loyola-Maryland

Connor Flach of Ellicot City, Md., has given a verbal commitment to play for Loyola University of Maryland in the fall of 2013. Flach attends Centennial High School, and also made unofficial visits to Towson, High Point and James Madison.

Gandy (No. 74, 2013) commits to N.C.-Greensboro

Seth Gandy of Huntersville, N.C., has given a verbal commitment to North Carolina-Greensboro for the fall of 2013. Gandy attends William A. Hough High School in nearby Cornelius, N.C.

Motter (NR, 2014) commits to Mississippi State

Grant Motter from Hattiesburg, Miss., has given a verbal commitment to play college golf for Mississippi State in the fall of 2014. He also made unofficial visits to Southern Mississippi and Auburn.

Orr (NR, 2013) commits to Florida

Ryan Orr has given a verbal commitment to Florida for the fall of 2013. Orr also made unofficial visits to South Florida, North Florida, Central Florida and Mercer, and also considered Houston, Coastal Carolina, Kentucky and Louisville.

Thornton (NR, 2013) commits to Baylor

Nick Thornton has given a verbal commitment to play college golf for Baylor in the fall of 2013. Thornton also made unofficial visits to Wake Forest, Duke, Clemson, Furman, Davidson, Stanford and Pepperdine.

Champ (No. 4, 2014) commits to Texas A&M

Cameron Champ, a member of the 2012 Junior Ryder Cup team, has committed to Texas A&M for the fall of 2014. Champ calls Texas A&M “the total package.” He said he made unofficial visits to a number of other universities.

Rachey (NR, 2013) commits to Minnesota

Matthew Rachey of Waconia, Minn., has given a verbal commitment to play college golf for Minnesota. Rachey also made unofficial visits to Kansas, Iowa State, Colorado, Colorado State, Drake, Creighton, Nebraska, St. Thomas and Denver before making his decision.

Garcia (No. 72, 2013) commits to New Mexico

Andre’ Garcia has given a verbal commitment to play college golf at New Mexico. Garcia made unofficial visits to Texas A&M, Arkansas and Oklahoma before deciding to commit to New Mexico.

Jenkins (No. 71, 2013) commits to UNC-Greensboro

Carter Jenkins of Raleigh, N.C., has given a verbal commitment to play college golf at North Carolina-Greensboro. Jenkins choose UNCG after making just one other unofficial visit, to North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

Skogen (No. 98, 2013) commits to Wisconsin

Ben Skogen has given a verbal commitment to play college golf close to home at the University of Wisconsin. Skogen, who attends Onalaska (Wis.) High School in Onalaska, is the No. 2-ranked golfer in the state.

Carter (No. 193, 2013) commits to Iowa State

Jack Carter of New Albany, Ohio, has given a verbal commitment to play college golf at Iowa State.

Monzingo (No. 77, 2013) commits to Texas State

Maty Monzingo has given a verbal commitment to play for Texas State in the fall of 2013. Monzingo is a senior at Byron Nelson High School in Trophy Club, Texas.

Holt (NR, 2014) commits to Kent State

Ian Holt has given a verbal commitment to play for Kent State in the fall of 2014. Holt, a junior at Stow-Munroe Falls High School in Stow, Ohio, didn’t visit any other schools – he always knew he wanted to attend Kent State.

Katie Page, who plays for Sacred Heart Academy in Louisville, Ky., has given a verbal commitment to play college golf for SMU. Page is Golfweek’s top-ranked junior girl in Kentucky.

Oshrine (No. 75, 2013) commits to Loyola-Maryland

Matt Oshrine has given a verbal commitment to play college golf for Loyola of Maryland. Oshrine also took unofficial visits to Purdue, Michigan and Columbia, and also considered Rice and Illinois.

Skinner (No. 36, 2014) commits to Georgia

Isabella Skinner has given a verbal commitment to first-year Georgia head coach Josh Brewer. Skinner, who plays for West Forsyth High School in Cumming, Ga., will join the Bulldogs' roster in the fall of 2014.

Levy (NR, 2013) commits to Rice

Alex Levy has given a verbal commitment to Rice. Levy, of Austin, Texas, attends Stephen F. Austin High School.

McDougald (No. 28, 2015) commits to TCU

Broke McDougald has given a verbal commitment to play golf for TCU in the fall of 2015. McDougald made her decision after also taking unofficial visits to Texas, Oklahoma, Baylor, SMU and Texas Tech.

Mendoza (No. 131, 2013) commits to San Diego St.

Nahum Mendoza has given a verbal commitment to play college golf for San Diego State. It’s the only school to which he took an unofficial visit.

Tahy (No. 90, 2013) commits to Arkansas

Alec Tahy has given a verbal commitment to play college golf for Arkansas in the fall of 2013. He also made unofficial visits to Ohio State, Illinois, Duke, Northwestern, Kent State, Stanford, Notre Dame and Texas A&M.

Petefish (No. 10, 2014) commits to Georgia Tech

Chris Petefish, the top-ranked player in Arizona, has made a verbal commitment to play for Georgia Tech. Petefish also made unofficial visits to Stanford, Washington, UCLA, Texas A&M, Vanderbilt and Duke.

Balter (No. 43, 2013) commits to Wake Forest

Ben Balter has verbally committed to play for Wake Forest beginning in the fall of 2013. Balter chose the Demon Deacons after visiting schools in the ACC, SEC, Pac-12 and Big Ten conferences. He received four other offers.

Robert Geibel has given a verbal commitment to play college golf at the University of Louisville.

Murphy (No. 40, 2013) commits to Oregon State

Kevin Murphy, the top junior golfer in the state of Oregon, has given a verbal commitment to play college golf at Oregon State.

Drew Johnson has given a verbal commitment to play for Virginia Tech in the fall of 2013. Johnson also made unofficial visits to Duke, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia Tech and North Carolina State.

Rylee Reinertson of Gibbon, Neb., has given a verbal commitment to play for Oklahoma in the fall of 2014. Reinertson is the top player on the Gibbon High School golf team.

Vincent Whaley, No. 23 in the class of 2013 in the Golfweek/Sagarin Junior Rankings, has given a verbal commitment to Georgia Tech.

Chelso Barrett of Keene, N.H., has given a verbal commitment to TCU.

Paige Lee of Folsom, Calif., has given a verbal commitment to UC Davis. Lee, ranked No. 13 in the Class of 2013, made unofficial visits to California, Arizona, UC Irvine and Oregon before deciding on UC Davis.

Davis Bateman of Charlotte, N.C., has given a verbal commitment to North Carolina. Bateman, who attends Providence Day School in Charlotte, is ranked No. 50 in the Class of 2013 in the Golfweek/Sagarin Junior Rankings.

Henry Do of Ypsilanti, Mich., has given a verbal commitment to North Carolina. Do also considered Harvard, Yale, Northwestern, Stanford, California, Michigan, Houston, Virginia and Tennessee.

Matthew Rushton of Cape Town, South Africa, has given a verbal commitment to Notre Dame. Rushton also made unofficial visits to Virginia, Duke, North Carolina, Northwestern and Auburn.

Ryan Celano of Naples, Fla., has given a verbal commitment to Florida. Celano will join fellow commits Ramsey Touchberry and Kristian Caparros, with whom he played junior golf.

Woody Woodward has given a verbal commitment to play college golf for Wake Forest beginning in the fall of 2013.

McGreevy (No. 47, 2013) commits to Oklahoma

Max McGreevy has given a verbal commitment to play for Oklahoma in the fall of 2013. McGreevy, who is ranked No. 47 in the 2013, joins No. 35 Emilio Maurer of Puebla, Mexico.

Jimmy Stanger of Tampa, Fla., has given a verbal commitment to play for Virginia in the fall of 2013. Stanger also considered Wake Forest, Auburn, Vanderbilt, Liberty, Harvard and Yale.

Danny Ochoa of San Diego has given a verbal commitment to play college golf at USC.

Sharp (No. 70, 2013) commits to Michigan State

Katie Sharp of Kendallville, Ind., has verbally committed to Michigan State for the fall of 2013. Sharp, a junior at East Noble High School, is the No. 5-ranked girls' golfer in Indiana.
