Invitations extendend to top 100 players

Invitations for the 2013 Golfweeek West Coast Junior Invitational have been sent via e-mail to the top 100 players in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings. A second wave of invitations will be extended the week of Feb. 18.

The event will take place May 18-19 at the Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, Ariz.

The last two years, this event has been ranked in the top 25 nationally in terms of caliber field.

Any player who would like to petition for an invitation to the event should send a request, along with a detailed golf resume, to Carlton Reese at creese@golfweek.com.
