Ping’s Anser hybrids have some notable users: Brandt Snedeker, who won earlier in the year with a 20-degree Anser hybrid in his bag, switched to a 17-degree Anser hybrid at the RBC Canadian Open. Phil Mickelson used the same 17-degree Anser model when he won the Open Championship. Matt Kuchar is playing a 20-degree Anser hybrid.

Two Cleveland Golf staffers posted 59s in the past two weeks on the Web.com Tour. First, Will Wilcox did it at the Utah Championship on July 14, then Russell Knox followed two weeks later at the Albertsons Boise Open. Both used a Cleveland Classic XL Custom driver and played a Srixon Z-Star golf ball (yellow ball for Wilcox; white ball for Knox).
