USGA selects World Junior Girls' team

Megan Khang, Mika Liu and Angel Yin are the USGA's selections for the United States World Junior Girls' Team Championship squad.
The trio will represent the United States Sept. 26 through Oct. 1 at Angus Glen Golf Club in Ontario, Canada.
Khang, 16, from Rockland, Mass., is the No. 5 player in the Golfweek/Sagarin Junior Ranking. Liu, 15, from Beverly Hills, Calif., is No. 28 in the Golfweek ranking. And Yin, 15, from Arcadia, Calif., is No. 4.
The event is a 72-hole stroke play competition that pits three-player teams from 15 different countries. The Republic of Korea won in 2012, with the United States finishing eighth.
