Report: Tiger to make '13 Tour debut at Torrey Pines
According to the San Diego-based 10News television station, Tiger Woods will make his 2013 PGA Tour debut at the Farmers Insurance Open, a tournament that he has won six times.
According to 10News' sources, Woods will not commit to the event until January, but officials have been told to prepare for his appearance in the event.
He skipped the Torrey Pines event in 2012 and finished 44th in 2011. Torrey Pines is the site of his last major championship (2008 U.S. Open).
The Farmers Insurance Open is slated for Jan. 24-27. Woods' Ryder Cup teammate Brandt Snedeker is the defending champion.
