Missouri-Kansas City rolls to men's Summit title

No. 116 Missouri-Kansas City posted a 19-shot victory Wednesday in the Summit League Championship. The team also swept the top three spots on the leaderboard, with senior Korbin Kuehn winning the individual title by one shot over freshman teammate Antoine Rozner. Nathan Hughes, a UMKC junior, finished third.
UMKC started the final round with a four-shot lead, then shot the tournament's only sub-par round (1-under 287) to win by 19. The Kangaroos' final-round 287 also was the day's low round by 15 shots.
Kuehn shot a final-round 69 to win after firing 69-78 in the first two rounds. Rozner's 73 gave him a 1-over 217 total, one back of Kuehn. Hughes shot 71 to finish third at 220.
