Rory McIlroy, it's your turn.

Tiger Woods regained the World No. 1 ranking Monday with his win at Bay Hill, but McIlroy could put the focus back on himself with a win this week at the Shell Houston Open.

McIlroy showed signs of coming out of his funk over the weekend at Doral and says he got some good time in on the range during the past two weeks.

For our Jim McCabe, he believes the Ulsterman will win this week to set up plenty of hysteria for Augusta National.

Keegan Bradley is the more popular choice this week (two panelists), while veterans Phil Mickelson and Steve Stricker are also on the radar.

As for our panel, three correctly picked Tiger Woods last week, with Nick Masuda keeping his lead over Jeff Rude in the overall standings.

Take a look at this week's picks:

Rank Winner Wild Card Last Week
Rude Keegan Bradley

Love this pick because Bradley is on a roll. In his last three starts he has finished T-4 at the Honda Classic, seventh at the WGC Cadillac Championship and T-3 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. On top of that, he tied for fourth at Houston last year.

Ryan Palmer

Texan has two top-6 finishes this year. His record at Houston is spotty, but he does have three top-21 finishes there.

Winner: Tiger Woods ($1,116,000); wild card: Charles Howell III ($18,154). 2013 total: $4,670,836

McCabe Rory McIlroy

We cheer for story lines, folks, and this would be a blockbuster.

Charles Howell III

And this would be a second great story.

Winner: Phil Mickelson (MC); wild card: Sean O'Hair ($24,180). 2013 total: $2,952,530

Martin Keegan Bradley

He finished fourth here last year, and is coming off a third-place finish at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. It was his third consecutive finish of seventh or better.

Cameron Tringale

He's made seven of nine cuts this year, and already earned more than $630,000. He finished third in Tampa and 27th at Bay Hill, and was eighth here last year.

Winner: Graeme McDowell ($18,154); wild card: Charles Howell III ($18,154). 2013 total: $2,009,431

Ringler Phil Mickelson

Sure, Phil missed the cut last week, but does that really matter with him? His bounce back after missed cuts or poor showings have often produced victories. And he won this event in 2011 and was T-4 last year.

Thorbjorn Olesen

Olesen’s current form is one that you need to notice. He has made the cut in seven 2013 worldwide starts and placed in the top 10 three times. Finished T-7 last week at Bay Hill.

Winner: Tiger Woods ($1,116,000); wild card: Boo Weekley ($12,400). 2013 total: $4,081,387

Masuda Steve Stricker

He needs to follow whatever advice he gave to Tiger at Doral, although he is doing just fine with two second-place finishes and a T-5 in three starts this season. Was T-4 at Houston in 2011.

Ben Kohles

Coming off a 14th at the Arnie and a 7th at Tampa, the Virginia product is quietly gaining momentum on Tour. Houston could be his coming-out party.

Winner: Tiger Woods ($1,116,000); wild card: Russell Henley (MC). 2013 total: $5,100,358
