The worst course on the PGA Tour schedule? Players say...

It’s that time of the year again: the release of the annual Sports Illustrated/Golf.com anonymous player poll.

Among the goodies: players vote which course is the worst on the PGA Tour schedule.

The winner? TPC Four Seasons Resort’s Las Colinas Golf Course in Irving, Texas, site of the AT&T Byron Nelson Championship. Of the 50 players polled, 14 percent of them voted for Las Colinas.

“It has to be one of the 17 TPC courses we play right in the middle of the season,” said one player.

Second on the list was TPC New Orleans, home of the Zurich Classic, at 12 percent. Third was Torrey Pines, site of the Farmers Insurance Open, at 10 percent.

“There are no bad courses,” said another player. “Except Torrey Pines.”

Rounding out the list: TPC San Antonio (Valero Texas Open), 4 percent; PGA National’s Champion Course (Honda Classic), 4 percent; TPC Summerlin (Shriners Open), 4 percent; Waialae Country Club (Sony Open), 4 percent; None, 10 percent; No comment, 16 percent; Other, 22 percent.
