Tiger Tracker: Shot-by-shot recap of Tiger Woods' final-round 69 at Masters

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Tiger Woods closed his Masters with a 3-under 69 and finished in a tie for 32nd.

We chronicled his final round shot-by-shot. Catch up with what you may’ve missed below…

Hole No. 18: Par 4, 465 yards

OFF THE TEE (3:04 p.m. ET): Tiger puts this one 285 yards down the center. That’ll leave him with a chance to make a closing birdie and post a 67.

APPROACH SHOT (3:08 p.m. ET): Not Tiger’s best. He tries to play that for the center of the green above the hole and bring it down a slope. But the ball carries to the back shelf and stays there. This will leave a wicked 30-footer that Tiger will have to play sideways because it has so much break.

ON THE GREEN (3:13 p.m. ET): A three-putt bogey to finish. Tiger played sideways, and the ball finished six feet past. He couldn’t coax the comebacker in. That’s a rough finish, but overall a great round.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 3-under 69 (+1 overall, T-32)

Hole No. 17: Par 4, 440 yards

OFF THE TEE (2:48 p.m. ET): Tiger launches one down the right side of the fairway here. That leaves a good look in.

APPROACH SHOT (2:53 p.m. ET): Oh yeah! Tiger knocks this one 8 feet from the cup. A great birdie look coming.

ON THE GREEN (2:57 p.m. ET): BOOM! Birdie for Tiger! He’s now back to even par for the tournament. Quite a Sunday for him!

TIGER ON THE DAY: 4 under thru 17 (E overall, T-24)

Hole No. 16: Par 3, 180 yards

OFF THE TEE (2:40 p.m. ET): This is not Tiger’s best. The ball comes up 45 feet short of the cup. It’s a birdie putt, but a LONG one.

ON THE GREEN (2:44 p.m. ET): Tiger lags this one inches beyond the cup. That’s beautiful and he taps in for par.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 3 under thru 16 (+1 overall, T-29)

Hole No. 15: Par 5, 530 yards

OFF THE TEE (2:22 p.m. ET): Tiger takes driver and it hugs the right side of the fairway but stays on it. He can go for this green in two.

APPROACH SHOT (2:28 p.m. ET): A nice shot from there. Tiger goes about 25 feet beyond the pin. He’ll have a slippery putt, but it’s a good eagle look.

ON THE GREEN (2:33 p.m. ET): BOOM! Eagle for Tiger. That was a fast left-to-righter and he snaked that one dead in the heart. A great moment in an otherwise forgettable weak.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 3 under thru 15 (+1 overall, T-30)

Hole No. 14: Par 4, 440 yards

OFF THE TEE (2:07 p.m. ET): TW rips a driver down the middle here. He’s feeling it toward the end of this round.

APPROACH SHOT (2:13 p.m. ET): That’s a poor effort. This ball finishes some 40 feet left of the flag, on the wrong side of a ridge. That leaves a difficult two-putt.

ON THE GREEN (2:20 p.m. ET): A pretty good lag from TW. This ball finishes about 3 feet under the cup. He cleans up from there for par.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 1 under thru 14 (+3 overall, T-39)

Hole No. 13: Par 5, 510 yards

OFF THE TEE (1:52 p.m. ET): Oh he went AFTER that one. That’s a recoil there, and he bombs this driver down the center. That was beautiful to watch. One of his best drives of the week.

APPROACH SHOT (1:59 p.m. ET): After that mammoth drive, TW takes advantage. From 180 yards, he hits this about 15 yards beyond the hole on purpose to use that slope. The balls takes that slope and trickles back within 20 feet of the cup. A good eagle look awaits.

ON THE GREEN (2:04 p.m. ET): That was just not a good putt. That was always too left, and never had a chance to drop. But the ball only runs 18 inches by, and Tiger taps in for birdie.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 1 under thru 13 (+3 overall, T-39)

Hole No. 12: Par 3, 150 yards

OFF THE TEE (1:43 p.m. ET): That’s a solid shot. He goes safe and this ball ends up 30 feet left of the pin.

ON THE GREEN (1:48 p.m. ET): Tiger takes a good run at this one, but this left-to-righter just curls under the cup and right at the end. He taps in from there, and this is another par.

TIGER ON THE DAY: Even thru 12 (+4 overall, T-41)

Hole No. 11: Par 4, 505 yards

OFF THE TEE (1:29 p.m. ET): Tiger takes out driver and launches it down the left side of the fairway. This is great.

APPROACH SHOT (1:34 p.m. ET): That one is OK. It ends up about 40 feet short and right of the hole. That birdie putt awaits.

ON THE GREEN (1:42 p.m. ET): Tiger makes a simple two-putt.

TIGER ON THE DAY: Even thru 11 (+4 overall, T-43)

Hole No. 10: Par 4, 495 yards

OFF THE TEE (1:18 p.m. ET): Tiger takes out 3-wood and actually goes cut off this tee. It does work, as he finds the right side of the fairway. He launched it 320 down there, so he won’t have a massive second shot in.

APPROACH SHOT (1:21 p.m. ET): That’s a pretty one. Tiger couldn’t have placed that much better. This one finishes about 15 feet right under the hole for that front-left pin. That’s not a hard putt and he can get aggressive with that one uphill.

ON THE GREEN (1:27 p.m. ET): Tiger can’t get that one to drop. This one trundles a few inches beyond. He taps in for par.

TIGER ON THE DAY: Even thru 10 (+4 overall, T-43)

Hole No. 9: Par 4, 460 yards

OFF THE TEE (1:07 p.m. ET): Tiger bombs a drive down the right side of the fairway here. That’ll be a short club in. Perfect drive.

APPROACH SHOT (1:10 p.m. ET): Tiger makes a mistake. He hits short again, and this ball gets to the front of the green and rolls way back off the front.

AROUND THE GREEN (1:12 p.m. ET): Tiger plays a flop, and this one rolls out about 4 feet under the pin. A nice shot.

ON THE GREEN (1:14 p.m. ET): Tiger misses that one, as the ball drops from right to left and lips out. He’ll tap that in, but it’s a bogey.

TIGER ON THE DAY: Even thru 9 (+4 overall, T-43)

Hole No. 8: Par 5, 570 yards

OFF THE TEE (12:49 p.m. ET): Tiger launches driver down the right side of the fairway. This is a pretty good one.

APPROACH SHOT (12:53 p.m. ET): Tiger launches at this one and it’s a little too far left. It ends up among those mounds. It’ll be a tricky up and down.

AROUND THE GREEN (12:58 p.m. ET): Tiger plays a high spinny flop like on No. 2, with this one landing about 5 feet below the hole and coming to a dead stop four feet short. A good birdie look coming.

ON THE GREEN (1 p.m. ET): Tiger drains that one for birdie.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 1 under thru 8 (+3 overall, T-37)

Hole No. 7: Par 4, 450 yards

OFF THE TEE (12:31 p.m. ET): Tiger launches driver down there, and that’s solid. The ball bounds down the right side of the fairway and just trickles into the right rough. He should have a wedge in from there.

APPROACH SHOT (12:37 p.m. ET): What incredible shot-making! Tiger actually had a tree in his way and had to play a sizable cut with a wedge. And he pulled it off! This ball lands about 25 feet left of the cup, and expertly takes the left-to-right slope, with the ball finishing about 5 feet right of the pin. A fantastic birdie look awaits.

ON THE GREEN (12:44 p.m. ET): That was putrid. Tiger misses the first putt low and also fails on his three-foot comebacker. He three-putts from 5 feet for bogey. That’s rough.

TIGER ON THE DAY: Even thru 7 (+4 overall, T-41)

Hole No. 6: Par 3, 180 yards

OFF THE TEE (12:20 p.m. ET): That is … not good.  Tiger flails this right, and it misses the green well right. Oof.

AROUND THE GREEN (12:25 p.m. ET): Tiger chips this one, and it’s a solid shot. He leaves this about 7 feet below the hole. He has that left for par.

ON THE GREEN (12:27 p.m. ET): And Tiger buries that one. A great par save there.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 1 under thru 6 (+3 overall, T-35)

Hole No. 5: Par 4, 455 yards

OFF THE TEE (12:09 p.m. ET): After a nice birdie, Tiger knocks a 3-wood to the right here. He may have some tree trouble over there, but we’ll see.

APPROACH SHOT (12:12 p.m. ET): It turned out we misjudged that a little. He was just fine in the right side of the fairway. He follows by knocking his approach about 25 feet under the hole. This should be a simple par.

ON THE GREEN (12:17 p.m. ET): A good putt there, as Tiger made a run at it. This ball curls right-to-left, but just runs over the right lip. He leaves himself a 3-footer and that one hits the right lip and curls in. That was dangerous for a second, but he makes par.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 1 under thru 5 (+3 overall, T-35)

Hole No. 4: Par 3, 240 yards

OFF THE TEE (12 p.m. ET): Oh wow! Tiger nearly jars this one for an ace! It hits the back of hole on this shot and the ball goes about 9 feet by the cup. A great birdie look upcoming.

ON THE GREEN (12:05 p.m. ET): And that one takes a severe left-to-right break and curls in the left side of the cup. That’s a bounceback birdie and well deserved.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 1 under thru 4 (+3 overall, T-35)

Hole No. 3: Par 4, 350 yards

OFF THE TEE (11:47 a.m. ET): Tiger goes driver here and ends up just in the left rough. This will be interesting, as he has to play about a 50-yard shot to a left pin on an incredibly shallow part of the green.

APPROACH SHOT (11:52 a.m. ET): Yikes. Tiger got right under that, and it never had a chance. This ball ends up woefully short of the green. He has a tricky chip for birdie upcoming.

AROUND THE GREEN (11:53 a.m. ET): Tiger pitches into the bank, and this ball just bounces forward onto the green. The ball is on the front edge, leaving Tiger about 15 feet below the hole for par.

ON THE GREEN (11:56 a.m. ET): Nope, that one was always left. He taps in from there, but that’s a deflating bogey.

TIGER ON THE DAY: Even thru 3 (+4 overall, T-40)

Hole No. 2: Par 5, 570 yards

OFF THE TEE (11:27 a.m. ET): Well, that’s not good. Tiger goes drive and it scurries left. That’s down in the woods there. Remember, there is a hazard there. So we’ll see if Tiger is just in pinestraw or has to take a penalty drop. Regardless, he’s not getting to this green in two.

APPROACH SHOT (11:37 a.m. ET): Tiger’s ball was in the pinestraw, he takes an iron out and plays a big low hook. Wow, what a great shot. He actually had 230 yards in from there and gets this about 20 yards short of the pin. he’ll have a devilish pitch over a bunker to a tucked pin, but that was a great recovery. He had to hit that low and hook it to get it under trees and in position. He pulled it off.

AROUND THE GREEN (11:40 a.m. ET): Wow was that pretty. Tiger goes high spinny flop. This ball lands about 10 feet left and below the hole, hops about 10 feet left and past and then spins right and backwards, finishing 2 feet under the cup. What freaking touch. He’ll have a near tap-in for birdie.

ON THE GREEN (11:43 a.m. ET): Yep, cleans that up. A great birdie.

TIGER ON THE DAY: 1 under thru 2 (+3 overall, T-36)

Hole No. 1: Par 4, 445 yards

OFF THE TEE (11:10 a.m. ET): A driver from TW and this is a rocket right down the middle. This is a great start, now he just needs to figure out how to not make bogey like the last two days.

APPROACH SHOT (11:16 a.m. ET): That is more like it! Tiger stuffs this wedge from 127 yards about 5 feet below the hole. That’s a fantastic opening look for birdie.

ON THE GREEN (11:20 a.m. ET): Wow, that’s too bad. That putt is struck firmly, catches the right lip and rims out. He taps in for par, but that’s a disappointing one.

TIGER ON THE DAY: Even thru 1 (+4 overall, T-40)
