On repairing spike marks

“It’s commonplace that players are repairing damage or other ball marks. I don’t see it as a compelling issue. I don’t see it affecting pace of play.”

Cameron Crawford, Texas Golf Association

“There’s a lot of conjecture as to what is a mark that’s worthy of being tapped down. And how long are we going to take to do this? I know I’ve had some four-footers, particularly on the West Coast, where I’d love to stand there all day making it nice and flat.

Greg Chalmers, PGA Tour player
